This single story, ranch style home is equal parts modern and classic. Some of our favorite features of the home include a modern, black face brick defining the front entry with a steel reinforced floating pergola, a beautiful, natural quartzite-wrapped backsplash with an extra deep floating shelf and large island for entertaining, a spacious living room with views to the outside on three sides, and a bonus family room off the main space that invites rest and quality time. Our clients balanced their selections beautifully and incorporated some extra fun moments into their design.
